For lunch and dinner, savor the flavors of a seaside Italian trattoria, showcasing homemade pastas and locally sourced seafood and meats elevated by herbs and produce from Jumby Bay Farm. Operating hours: Breakfast from 7 AM to 10:30 AM, lunch from 12 PM to 3 PM, and dinner from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM. Dress code applies.

The Estate House: A pinnacle of fine dining in the Caribbean, this venue combines classic culinary expertise with modern island flavors, drawing inspiration from the West Indies' culinary traditions. Housed within a circa 1830 plantation house, this establishment features a main restaurant, the 1830 Bar, three private dining rooms, and a wine room—all paying homage to the home's rich history and island heritage. Offering a blend of traditional colonial aesthetics and contemporary design, The Estate House is a modern interpretation of Colonial elegance. Dinner is served Friday to Tuesday from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM, with the 1830 Bar open Friday to Tuesday from 6 PM to 12 AM.

The Pool Grille: Set against the backdrop of a stunning beachside panorama, this locale by the oceanfront infinity pool caters to those who prefer to dine without leaving the water's embrace. This spot is ideal for an informal grab-and-go Caribbean lunch, open from 11:30 AM to 4 PM.
